Repeat Prescriptions

Prescriptions are computer printed and in the case of repeat prescriptions include a counterfoil which you need to retain for future reordering.  Simply tick the item or items you need and deliver/post or fax the counterfoil to the medical centre.

We also provide EPS (Electronic Prescription Service) with the pharmacy of your choice.

Patients can also order prescriptions on line via the link at the top of this page.  Please ask receptionist for advice.

The very elderly or housebound often make arrangements with their regular pharmacy for requesting repeat scripts, arranging collection of the script and arranging delivery of the item.  This has to be arranged by the patient or their representative with their pharmacy.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
